Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Currently, Importal serves over 150 clients, enabling businesses of all sizes to gain a better understanding of US Trade Compliance.
With offices in Fort Worth and Austin, our team is rapidly expanding. We are seeking a consultative and driven Sales Development Representative to build out our sales team.
This opportunity is a hybrid role with weekly meetups in the Fort Worth office.
You will:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Importal by working with Importal Executives to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities in your market segment
Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social channels
Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries to help develop business opportunities
Diligently update CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups
Shadow the Director of GTM in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you need for your next role on the Importal sales team
You should have:
1-2 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Success, or Consulting
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A passion for cold-calling prospects and a readiness to engage with new people daily, articulating Importal’s value propositions tailored to each conversation
A willingness to learn and innovate on the fly
Compensation:
• OTE: $50,000-$75,000
