Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Currently, Importal serves over 150 clients, enabling businesses of all sizes to gain a better understanding of US Trade Compliance.

With offices in Fort Worth and Austin, our team is rapidly expanding. We are seeking a consultative and driven Sales Development Representative to build out our sales team. 

This opportunity is a hybrid role with weekly meetups in the Fort Worth office. 

You will:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Importal by working with Importal Executives to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities in your market segment 

  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social channels

  • Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries to help develop business opportunities

  • Diligently update CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups

  • Shadow the Director of GTM in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you need for your next role on the Importal sales team 

You should have:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Success, or Consulting

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • A passion for cold-calling prospects and a readiness to engage with new people daily, articulating Importal’s value propositions tailored to each conversation

  • A willingness to learn and innovate on the fly

Compensation:

• OTE: $50,000-$75,000
